Questions

Do I need to register for this service?

Not necessarily: you can just email us at office@digits2widgets.com and, if the information you want to share with us is too large to be sent as an attachment, we will discuss file transfer options. If you do register, this gives you your own space on our web server and we can exchange files very simply and effectively. Registration is free of charge and there is no obligation to buy.

I am a student and I need a prototype of my work for my exams, what are my options?

We can provide you with a one-off build as part of our usual rapid prototyping service. However, if your model is relatively small it may be beneficial to coordinate with your colleagues to share one build tray - it would be a much more cost effective and efficient solution.

Your order would be similar to using out Rapid Manufacturing service, where we offer exclusive use of our machines to achieve the shortest lead-time to delivery. Although in this instance instead of producing many copies of the same part, we would produce each student's part within the same build order at a lower price.
