A physical prototype of an engineering design can serve as a useful test-run of the real thing. Our manufacturing equipment has the ability to produce accurate and sturdy moving parts that can be designed and built as a single part, as well as individual pieces to be assembled.

High resolution digitisation enables us to replicate objects to a high degree of accuracy, for example the production of replacement parts for existing equipment. Our Additive Manufacturing service can be used to produce batches of parts in a variety of materials, including several types of metals and their alloys.

With experience in different engineering CAD software platforms, our technical team can be an invaluable aid to the design and construction process for working parts.
